Over the years, Hospice East has cultivated a culture that supports and encourages personalized care. Every patient’s unique needs are addressed and a plan developed for the best possible care for that patient and family.
We serve two Kentucky areas:
Clark and Powell Counties
Hospice East serves the Kentucky counties of Clark and Powell. We support patients and families as they navigate palliative care, hospice care, as well as providing grief and loss support.
We have offices in Winchester and Stanton - but we come to our community wherever you need us.
